Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–12 business days, depending on order volume and placement time. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping is paid by the customer; we calculate shipping costs based on the order weight and destination.

We typically use FedEx, UPS, or USPS for all shipments.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the order has been shipped.

 

Order Cut-Offs

Orders received after 5 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

Customs & Duties

For international orders (if applicable), customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Notes for B2B Wholesale Orders

Large orders may require additional processing time

We reserve the right to partially ship orders if some items are temporarily out of stock, with remaining items shipped as soon as available
